How to use it
Take 1 to 3 tablets daily with a glass of water, depending on your needs, preferably after a meal. The recommended duration of use is at least 1 month. Continue taking 1 to 3 tablets daily to maintain the full benefits. Some benefits are best achieved with a daily intake of 3 tablets. The tablets are easy to swallow, with a neutral taste and odour.
Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (1 to 3 tablets per day).
