How to use it
Take 1 to 3 tablets a day with a glass of Water, as required, after a meal. The recommended period of use is at least 1 month. Continue to take 1 to 3 tablet(s) a day to continue to enjoy all its benefits. Certain beneficial effects are obtained with a Daily use of 3 tablets. The tablets are easy to swallow and have a neutral taste and smell.
