How to use Sante Verte ActiRub Day and Night Cold Relief?
Take 1 daytime tablet in the morning and 1 at midday for daytime relief. In the evening, take 1 night-time tablet before bed. This 24-hour routine helps support your body around the clock.
Swallow each tablet whole with a glass of water—do not chew. For best results, begin this regimen at the first signs of cold symptoms.
