How to use it
Children aged 2 to 10: 1 to 2 teaspoons (5mL) a day Children aged 10 to 16: 2 teaspoons (5mL) 2 to 4 times a day Adults aged 16 and over: 1 tablespoon (15mL) 2 to 4 times a day
