As winter approaches, during winter episodes or during convalescence, Renforstim works efficiently thanks to its formula combining several active ingredients:
- immunophilus activus probiotics (lactobacillus acidophilus strain), with 10 billion probiotics per capsule, help to stimulate the body's natural defences. Immunophilus activus is combined with Inulin (plant fibre),
- alkylglycerols, natural compounds derived from unprotected shark liver, similar to the fats found in L'Homme, are present in bone marrow, spleen, liver and breast milk,
- selenium helps the acquired immune system to function properly, preventing the accumulation of free radicals at cellular level and limiting the oxidative stress that causes cell damage,
- vitamin E has antioxidant properties that reduce oxidative stress.

How to use it
2 green capsules and 1 white capsule in the morning, with a large glass of water. - As Winter approaches: 20 days a month for 3 months (3 boxes) - During winter episodes: 20 days (1 box) - For convalescents: 6 consecutive weeks (2 boxes)
