How to use it
How to use Granions Alerphyt?
Take 1 capsule each morning with a glass of water after breakfast. For spring preparation, follow a 36-day course. For maintenance or for children (aged 5 and over), mix the capsule into yoghurt. During periods of increased need, take 2–3 capsules daily for 12–18 days. Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and heat.

Capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
