How to use Biogaia Probiotics?
Chew 1–2 tablets daily, at your own pace, with or without food. Suitable from age 3, this probiotic is also safe for pregnant and breastfeeding women. No water needed – perfect for on-the-go use!
For optimal gut health, regular use is recommended.
