How to use it
1 sachet per day, taken morning or evening before a meal, diluted in a glass of water or mixed into a semi-liquid foodstuff (yoghurt, fruit puree, etc.), preferably chilled or room temperature (<37°C). Take for 10 days. This product may also be taken by adults over 15 years of age.
