How to use it
Adults: Syrups 5 ml, once a day Children aged 12 and over: 2.5ml once a day, keep in the mouth for 30 seconds, then swallow. Use the plastic spoon provided.
Shake before use, do not exceed recommended dose, keep out of reach of children. Supplements are not medicines and are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
