How to use it
Can be used as long as the diet is diversified. Shake before use.
Before 5 years : 1 teaspoon before bedtime.
After 5 years : 2 teaspoons before bedtime.
1 to 2 month program. Renew several times in the year if necessary. This product may also be suitable for adults over 15 years of age.
