This formula has been carefully designed to provide an optimal intake of nutrients selected to meet the specific needs of (future) mothers.
Based on the most recent scientific discoveries, Pure Encapsulations Pregnancy Formula provides specific minerals, trace elements and vitamins, as well as branched-chain amino acids (leucine, isoleucine).

The only non-active additive in Pure Encapsulations® Pregnancy Formula is a filler of plant origin to preserve the formula.

Contains folate to contribute to Baby's optimal development (*).
Folate plays a role in cell division and contributes to the development of the placenta and the growth of the uterus and breasts during pregnancy.
With zinc to contribute to normal fertility if you want Children
Vitamin A (in the form of beta carotene) supports healthy skin and visual acuity and is involved in cell specialisation.
Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, C and biotin support the Body's energy Metabolism and vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, B12 and C help to reduce the fatigue that can occur during pregnancy and the first few months after giving birth.
Vitamins C and D, selenium and zinc contribute to a healthy immune system.
Iron contributes to the normal production of blood cells (red blood cells) and is essential for the transport of Oxygen in the body. It also helps reduce fatigue.
Iodine contributes to the proper functioning of the thyroid gland and the normal production of thyroid hormones.
Magnesium contributes to normal mental and muscular functions.
To support the desire to have children, a course of Zinc and Selenium for the father-to-be may be indicated, as they are known to support spermatogenesis.
(*) An additional intake of folic acid increases the mother's folate status. Low maternal folate levels are a risk factor in the development of neural tube defects in the foetus. The consumer should be informed that the target population is women of childbearing age and that the beneficial effect is achieved by a daily use of additional folic acid of 400 μg for at least one month before and up to three months after conception.
