How to use it
1 capsule morning, noon and evening, i.e. 3 capsules a day with a large glass of water. If possible, start supplementing in the weeks before conception, as the action of vitamin B9 is particularly essential during the very first weeks of pregnancy. Continue until the end of milk feeding.
