Adequate folate supplementation helps increase maternal folate status, contributing to the reduction of neural tube defect risks in the developing foetus.
A complete micronutrient complex
For comprehensive support, the formula combines zinc, which contributes to normal fertility and reproduction, with vitamin B12, involved in cell division. Additionally, iodine supports normal thyroid function and cognitive development. How to use it
How to use Effik Natalben PreConception?
Take one capsule daily, preferably with a meal and a full glass of water. This supplement is designed for adults and is ideal for supporting preconception health.
For best results, combine with a balanced, varied diet. A course of at least one month is recommended before pregnancy.

Ingredients: Sunflower oil, capsule shell (bovine gelatin, humectant: glycerol, colour: black iron oxide), thickener: yellow beeswax, zinc oxide (zinc), emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), [6S]-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid as glucosamine salt (Quatrefolic®) (folic acid), potassium iodide (iodine).
