For adults only. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Max. 5 consecutive days. Keep out of reach of young Children. Do not take if you are taking other green tea extracts on the same day, or if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. Do not take on an empty stomach.

Not recommended in cases of known cross-allergy, particularly to the Asteraceae family, cloves or Peruvian balsam, menthol, Eucalyptus or 1,8-cineole. Not recommended in cases of inflammation of the digestive tract, gastro-oesophageal reflux, peptic ulcer, gastritis, obstruction of the bile ducts or biliary, pancreatic or liver disorders, gastro-intestinal sensitivity, cardiac disorders (arrhythmia, hypertension) or hyperthyroidism.

Ask your health professional for advice. Not recommended if you are taking peppermint in another preparation at the same time. Store away from sources of heat and light. Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
