How to use it
To be placed before departure or during the journey.
This is to position the plastic ergot of the bracelet on the Nei-Kuan acupuncture point by placing the 3 fingers of the right hand (index, ring, ear) on the inner part of the left wrist with the edge of the index in contact with the wrist joint.
The acupuncture point nei-kuan is located under the edge of the index between the 2 tendons.
