Pediakid Diaréa meets the nutritional needs of infants and young children during acute gastroenteritis or antibiotic-associated diarrhoea. This formula is used alongside a suitable oral rehydration solution.
Carefully selected live cultures
Pediakid Diaréa combines two strains of live cultures: Lactobacillus rhamnosus Rosell®-11 and Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis Lafti®B94. They have been selected to meet children’s nutritional needs from birth. Each sachet provides 10 billion live cultures, together with prebiotic acacia fibre. This fibre supports the growth of beneficial intestinal bacteria, helping restore the gut microbiota disrupted by the germs responsible for diarrhoea.
Support for intestinal transit
Thanks to this combination, beneficial bacteria can replace those that disrupt intestinal transit. The formula therefore helps support intestinal balance and considerably reduce stool frequency, according to information provided by the manufacturer. Its neutral taste makes it easy to include in infants’ and young children’s daily routines. During acute gastroenteritis or antibiotic-associated diarrhoea, it forms part of a care plan that includes an oral rehydration solution provided for this purpose.
This formula supports the nutritional needs associated with intestinal imbalances in young children, in a neutral-tasting format.
