Very Good ProductZinc Picolinate has a better absorption than all other forms of zinc. Zinc is an important mineral that is required on daily basis. 15 mg is a good dose to maintain a healthy immune system and blood sugar levels. It is also essential for eye, heart, hair and skin health.
