Plus, it contains Vitamins B6 and B12 to support normal psychological functions.

How to use it
We recommend taking 2 capsules a day. One box = 21 days. Repeat if necessary, 3-month course recommended. This menopause food supplement can be combined with Omum's Mon Cycle Zen food supplement for improved emotional balance and Omum's L'Intime food supplement for improved intimate and urinary comfort.
