Ingredients: Bulking agent: maltodextrin, tunic of plant origin: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, extract of female hop flowers LIFENOL® (Humulus lupulus L.) with 8-prenylnaringenin, anti-caking agent: Magnesium stearate, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), folic acid (vitamin B9).

UFENOL* hop extract: 85 mg of which 8-prenylnaringenin 120 µg Vitamin B6: 1.4 mg 100%Daily Value* (RDI) Vitamin B9: 200 µg 100%RDA* Vitamin B12: 2.5 µg 100%RDA*

Renewable 2-month programme. It is advisable not to exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of Children. Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
Flaxseed helps ease menopause discomfort, including hot flushes, while vitamin B6 supports hormonal balance, nervous system function and reduces fatigue; hops further aids with hot flushes, night sweats, restlessness and irritability.
