How to use it
Take 2 capsules in a single dose, in the morning at breakfast with a large glass of Water.

Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not suitable for growing Children or adolescents, pregnant women or those who are Milk feeding. Contains turmeric, not recommended for people taking anticoagulants: consult your doctor or pharmacist in the event of concomitant use. Contraindicated in cases of biliary tract obstruction, gastric ulcer or hyperacidity. Use only on medical advice in case of gallstones.
