How to use it
5 ml a day in half a glass of Water (75 ml).

Ingredients: Aqueous solution of trace elements (filtered water, concentrated deodorised seawater, iron, zinc and copper gluconates, Lithomer: standardised extract of lithothamnium - Lithothamnium calcareum; manganese sulphate, sodium selenite and molybdate, chromium chloride), natural flavourings, preservative: potassium sorbate; acidifier: lactic acid.
Do not exceed the stated daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. This dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
