How to use it
How to take Nutergia Ergymag?
Take 2 capsules daily for ages 6–18, and 2–3 capsules daily for adults. Swallow with a glass of water, either with meals or between meals. Suitable for use during pregnancy.
For convenience, you may divide the daily intake between morning and evening. There are no strict timing requirements – effectiveness remains optimal regardless of when you take it.
