How to use it
Chew each nutrient successively 2 times a day outside mealtimes. One box for a month.
2 ways of taking the Nutri :
-Associative Nutripuncture": add the nutrients needed to restore the disturbed meridians to the Yin nutri Yang nutrients. -Sequential Nutripuncture": 5 nutrients in a precise order, sometimes followed by 5 other nutrients without ever using the Yin nutri Yang (only a trained practitioner can give you this).
