How to use it
Chew each nutrient successively 2 times a day outside mealtimes. One box for one month. Nutri® 03 can only be used after Nutri Yin and Nutri Yang.
2 ways of taking Nutri :
-Associative Nutripuncture": to Nutri Yin nutri Yang we add the nutrients needed to restore the disturbed meridians. -Sequential Nutripuncture": 5 nutris in a precise order, sometimes followed by 5 other nutris, without ever using the Yin nutri Yang (only a trained practitioner can give you this).
