Its formula combines: Vitamins + Minerals + Plant + Creatine Magnesium and potassium contribute to normal muscle and nerve function. Copper and Vitamins B1, B6 and B12 also help the nervous system to function normally. Iron helps transport Oxygen around the body and helps reduce fatigue. Creatine, a precursor of ATP, provides the energy needed for muscle fibres to return to rest.
