Nutradol 1000 is a general soothing tablet based on plant extracts, vitamins and minerals. It soothes the head, maintains Gastro-intestinal health, improves comfort during menstruation and contributes to good Breathing tract health
Nutradol is made up of 10 ingredients selected for their targeted efficiency. It contains :
chamomile, which the laboratory explains on the Nutradol box "helps to relieve the head, promote relaxation and keep a clear head",
chamomile matricaria, which "soothes and promotes relaxation",
boswellia and pale rose, which "help reduce discomfort during menstruation",
vitamin B6, which "helps regulate hormonal activity",
turmeric, "recognised for its action on joint comfort" and which "also contributes to liver health",
ginger, which "helps to keep the airways clear",
hemp oil, a source of omega-3 and omega-6 essential fatty acids,
copper, which plays a part in the normal functioning of the immune system.

How to use it
- In the event of intense discomfort: 3 tablets a day in a single dose, with a large glass of water. - In the event of prolonged discomfort: 1 to 3 tablets a day with a large glass of water. Take the tablets 4 hours apart.

As a general rule, pregnant and Milk feeding women are advised to consult a doctor before taking any supplements. Curcumin inhibits platelet aggregation. It is not recommended for people taking anti-coagulants. Not recommended for pregnant women (ginger).
