The cushions 3M Nexcare ColdHot is available in three sizes:
- Mini ColdHot: 10cm X 10cm for cheek, hand, finger, wrist... - ColdHot classic: 10cm X 27cm for face, ankle, foot, elbow... - Maximum ColdHot: 20cm X 30cm for back, thigh, knee, ankle.
Solid and reliable, they do not flow. Reusable, they are hand washable.
All the products of the range 3M Nexcare ColdHot are heat-welded envelopes containing a nontoxic flexible gel.
These cushions can be preserved in freezer to be always ready-to-use.

How to use it
Warm it up in double boiling water to use it hot, and put it in the freezer to use it cold. Provided with a protective cover.
Precautions for use: - Always put on the protective cover - Do not apply on a fragile skin - Always chesk the temperature with the back of your hand before use.

Great size for small of backI have used this product for some years now and find it excellent used warm or cold. I use it almost every day and it just lasts and lasts.
