How to use it

Oral Use.

Royal jelly : take 2 capsules in the morning and evening with a large glass of water (i.e. 220mg of Royal Jelly and 120mg per day).

Ginseng : take 1 capsule in the morning and evening with a large glass of water (i.e. 400mg of Ginseng extract per day).
If fatigue persists, please consult your doctor.

Camu Camu : take 3 capsules per day with a large glass of water (i.e. 495mg of Camu Camu extract per day, including 80mg of vitamin C).
