How to use it

Place the Meibopatch® in the microwave for 40 seconds at 800 Watts
After heating, test the temperature using the temperature tester glued to the back of the box
As soon as the temperature is correct, place the eye patch over your closed eyes for 7 to 10 minutes, then perform the eyelid massage technique as described in the instructions
