How to use it
Start by thoroughly cleansing, disinfecting and drying the Skin. Remove any protective film. Gently stretch the Skin, without stretching the Plasters as you apply them. Press it onto the Skin, making sure the edges adhere well. Compeed adheres perfectly when heated, after application hold the hand for a minute or more.
