Gilbert Marimer Sea Water Rhinopharyngitis Acute Sinusitis 100ml combines hyper-tonic sea water naturally rich in mineral salts and marine trace-elements, to a surfactant that removes slime and provides natural tone to the nasal mucosa.
This medical device contains an anti-bacterial agent and a streamliner, and thus helps fight against bacteria, that allows to cleanse and decongest the nose, removing thick secretions.

How to use it
Bend your head on a side and delicately introduce the nasal tip in a nostril. Push briefly. Leave it act for several seconds and blow. Repeat in the other nostril. Renew the operation 1 to 3 times a day. Children over 6 years old.
