Composition: SYSTANE™ HYDRATATION Lubricating Eye Drops is a sterile solution containing sodium hyaluronate, polyethylene glycol 400, propylene glycol, hydroxypropyl guar, sorbitol, aminomethyl propanol, boric acid, sodium borate, disodium EDTA, sodium citrate, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, and the preservative POLYQUAD™ (polidronium chloride) 0.001%.

WARNINGS:

It is essential to follow your ophthalmologist's instructions and all those in the leaflet to use the product correctly.
If you experience persistent eye discomfort, excessive tearing, changes in vision or redness of the eye, discontinue use of SYSTANE™ HYDRATATION and consult your ophthalmologist as the problem may worsen.
SYSTANE™ HYDRATATION Lubricating Eye Drops is not indicated for cleaning or decontaminating contact lenses.
Do not soak or decontaminate your contact lenses with SYSTANE™ HYDRATATION Lubricating Eye Drops.
Transient blurred vision or other visual disturbances may affect the ability to drive or operate machinery.
If blurred vision occurs during administration, the patient should wait until vision returns to normal before driving or operating machinery.

Precautions
- For ocular use only.
- Once the cap has been removed, if the safety device on the neck of the bottle is too loose, remove it before using the product. [only for eye drops with a safety device]
- To avoid contamination, never touch anything with the tip of the bottle.
- If the solution becomes cloudy or changes colour, the product must not be used. Replace the cap after use.
- Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use.
- Use before the expiry date indicated on the product.
- SAFETY CLOSURE: Do not use if the safety ring is damaged or missing or if the safety cap is damaged. Do not use if packaging has been opened or damaged.
- May be used up to three months after opening. Discard any remaining solution three months after first opening.
- Keep out of the reach of Children.
- Do not store above 30°C.
