L-Carnitine's primary function is to transport fatty acids towards the mitochondria, where the fatty acids are oxidised to provide energy.
L-Carnitine therefore improves the transport of fats so that they can be used as a directly available source of energy during exercise. During a sports session, energy is mainly provided by carbohydrates during the first 30 to 45 minutes of exercise. With the use of L-Carnitine, energy will be provided by carbohydrates but also by fatty acids during the first few minutes of exercise, enabling you to burn more calories and therefore lose weight.

How to use it
A daily dose of 4 capsules of L-Carnitine to be taken with meals and a glass of water:
Training day: 4 capsules 1h30 before exercise
Rest day: 2 capsules in the morning, 2 capsules at lunchtime
