INGREDIENTS (mg per daily dose): bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), glucosamine 2KCl sulphate (crustaceans) (1100), sodium chondroitin sulphate (950), methylsulphonylmethane (200), glazing agents (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, modified starch, talc, stearic acid), turmeric powder (Curcuma longa L.) (100 mg), Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), Ashwagandha extract (Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal) (50 mg or 500 mg as EPS*), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), manganese gluconate, type II collagen (10) (hydrolysed), extract of Harpagophytum (Harpagophytum procumbens (Burch.) DC.) (7.5 mg or 150 mg as EPS*), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), sodium selenite.

How to use it
