How to use it
Massage with Arnicrème: wide and slow movements to relax the body
- Take a dab of cream in the palm of your hand and rub them - massage by touching the area - then apply light pressure and release - spread the pressure on the area and shape it - finish by rubbing the area to finish relaxing the muscle
