How to use it
Steep one sachet in simmering water for 3-5 minutes. Drink 4 to 5 cups throughout the day as part of a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. For an added treat, add a spoonful of GROG preparation.

Ingredients: For 1 sachet of 1.8 g : cinnamon peel (cinnanomum sp) 28%, Rooibos aerial parts (Aspalathus linearis), Eucalyptus leaves (Eucalyptus globulus) 10%, Lemon peel (Lemon limon), natural lemon flavouring with other natural flavourings 9%, ginger root (Zingiber officinale) 8%, dried apple (Malus sylvestris), Clove (Syzygium aromaticum), natural peppermint flavouring (Mentha piperita), honey 1%.
Store in a dark, dry place. Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women or children under 6.
Helps reduce tiredness and supports all-day energy with magnesium, vitamin C, guarana and ginseng.
