How to use it

3 measuring spoons of Chocolate Flavour Drink = 30 g (amount varies depending on how full your spoon is) = 1 portion of Proteins

Pour 3 measuring spoons (about 30 g) of loose powder into a small bowl. Add the contents of an Insu K® sachet. Measure out 180 ml (or weigh out 180 g) of liquid, then dilute the powder with a little of the cold liquid. Bring the rest of the liquid to the boil and add it to the mixture, stirring briskly with a whisk.

You can add more water if you want a runnier texture, or replace the Insu K® and plain water with 180 ml skimmed milk. Depending on how full your spoon is, the amount of your portion may vary. We strongly advise against using a shaker to prepare this hot drink (risk of explosion).
