Essential oils: Cinnamomum camphora*(Ravintsara), Eucalyptus globulus*(Eucalyptus globulus), Melaleuca alternifolia (Tea tree), Cymbopogon martinii*(Palmarosa), Mentha piperita*(Peppermint), Eucalyptus dives*(Mentholated Eucalyptus)

Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of young children
Do not use for children under 12 and pregnant or breast-feeding women
Contraindicated in the case of a history of allergy to one of the ingredients and in people with a history of convulsions/epilepsy.
Not recommended for people with known Breathing sensitivities.

Beware of the risk of burns when handling very hot Water.

Directions:
One capsule diluted in an inhaler, no more than 3 times a day for 5 days. Inhale the vapours for 5 minutes.

In the event of skin irritation: Apply a little Plant oil to the sensitive area before inhalation. Read the instructions carefully before use.

1. Remove the upper part of the inhaler.
2. Insert the whole capsule directly into the inhaler
3. Pour boiling water over the capsule
4. Replace the top part on the base and turn it until it locks into the notches.
5. Inhale the vapours
6. Rinse the inhaler thoroughly after use
