How to use it
To prepare a hydrating solution, dissolve a Hydratis tablet in a glass of water, then close the tube tightly. Consume within 2 hours or within 24 hours if stored in a cool place. Consult a doctor in the event of pregnancy, Milk feeding, kidney disease or if you are taking medication at the same time. Do not exceed 5 tablets/day and store in a cool, dry, dark place. Hydrate properly by making this product part of a healthy routine, drinking at least 2 litres of water a day.
