Hill's prescription feline c / d urinary stress is intended for the management of diseases of the lower urinary tract of the cat: it allows the dissolution of sterile struvite calculations (in only 14 days), the long-term management of cats subject to Idiopathic cystitis (improvement of symptoms and reduction of risk of recurrence at 89%), crystals and calculations, urethral plugs.
CAUTION: Do not use this food with pregnant or lactating kittens or females. This is a therapeutic food. It must be prescribed by your veterinarian in accordance with the state of health of your pet.
Your veterinarian has prescribed this product to your pet after clinical examination. Therapeutic foods designed for calculation problems should only be given after urinalysis and veterinary diagnosis. A food mistake can aggravate your pet's calculation problems. This product can not be used for more than 6 months without veterinary consultation in order to validate the use and the quantities prescribed. It is imperative that you consult your veterinarian if your pet's health deteriorates in any way during the life of the product.

Composition: Brewery rice, dehydrated chicken meat (32%) and turkey, wheat, corn gluten meal, animal fat, hydrolyzate, minerals, fish oil, vegetable oil, vitamins, DL-methionine, taurine hydrolyzate Milk protein, L-tryptophan, trace elements, crustacean shell hydrolyzate, cartilage hydrolyzate. Preserved naturally with a mixture of tocopherols and citric acid.
This is a good infusion for a global slimming action. It is made of plants which promote the fat burning, the elimination of water and toxines and help digestion.

disappointedmy cat loved the product until I bought a new bag as usual and realise that the shape of the food as changed. my cat who easily get stressed refuses to eat the new one. a bit disappointed to buy prescription food for stress cat and realised that the food as changes!!!

Saved my boys lifeAfter nearly losing my boy nigel twice to nasty infections we put him on this diet along with the wet version and have never looked back.
He loves them too! So much so giving them a little shake is a sure way of getting him out of any hiding spot!

It's worth every penny!!My cat had 6 operations, numerous tests and a feeding tube at the age of 2 whilst the vets tried to diagnose her as she was shaking, not breathing properly, having regular seizures and was unable to go to the toilet. They got to a point, after 4 months where they decided it was time to stop all treatment and our last option was to give up all vet appointments and medication and to remove the feeding tube etc and to feed her this special food. We were told she has a 95% chance of her being put down.
I'm not joking when I say after just 5 days on this food she was like a different cat. She had absolutely no problems, she started being able to use the litter tray again, didn't shake as much throughout the day, stopped crying and honestly looked so happy.
She also loves the chicken flavoured biscuits!!
She still gets stressed when things change but nowhere near as bad as it used to be. It's been 13 months and we've not had any issues and haven't needed to go to the vets.
We did try her on the meat that they offer but it really upsets her tummy so she only has the biscuits and a supermarket branded meat and I won't be taking her off the biscuits.... EVER!!

Life changer!!Hills C/D stress dry food has been a God send to my highly strung, nervous tortie girl who suffers terribly with FIC and struvite crystals. For every time i had friends round or i put flea treatment on her, ect, she would develop cystitis and was very clearly in a lot of pain, but just getting the carrier out to go to the vet's caused even more issues, we were caught in a viscious cycle, until my vet recommended this amazing food! With in a couple of weeks, she was calmer, more sociable with other's, more confident and most importantly no flare ups of the awful FIC! She has now been on it for 3 years with only 2 flare ups in all that time! It has completely changed her life for the better and i have no intention of taking her off it! I do wish you did another flavour, although she love's it as much now as she did in the beginning and scoffs the lot! I can't recommend this food high enough! Thank you for giving me a happy and healthy cat!
