Gynéfam Plus is a dietary supplement containing folate (vitamin B9) for the woman in desire of child and throughout the pregnancy. This supplementation also provides 9 other vitamins, 7 minerals and trace elements, and DHA.
** Folic acid supplementation increases maternal folate status at least one month before conception and up to three months after conception. A low folate status in the mother increases the risk of developing neural tube defects in the developing fetus.

How to use it
One capsule a day to take with a glass of water in the middle of a meal. Gynéfam Plus can be used as soon as you want to have a baby and throughout your pregnancy.
