How to take Granions Intestinal Flora Probiotics?
For adults and adolescents aged 12 and over: take 2 capsules each morning on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before breakfast for best results. For children aged 6–12: take 1 capsule daily, 30 minutes before a meal or during if sensitive.
