How to use Granions Digestive Comfort Complex?
Dissolve 1 dose (5 g) per day in 200 ml of water, or mix into your favourite drinks (tea, juice) or foods (soup, yoghurt). For children, reduce to ½ dose (2.5 g).
This supplement blends easily into recipes—whether cooking, blending or preparing cold dishes. Start with a gradual intake to allow your body to adjust.
