1 ampula to be drunk every morning, diluted in a glass of water or fruit juice (200 ml). Due to its high concentration, it is normal for it to be more or less easy to swallow. Shake the ampulas before use, as the natural nature of the product may cause a slight deposit to form. To avoid any debris from the ampulas falling into the liquid, do not break the ampulas over the glass
