Highly absorbable magnesium
Magnesium is an essential mineral involved in many bodily functions. It helps reduce tiredness, supports normal nervous system function and contributes to normal muscle function. The formula contains magnesium in bisglycinate form, a chelated form recognised for its good assimilation, absorption and tolerability. This form offers a suitable option when dietary intake is insufficient. 100% Bisglycinate Magnesium also contains vitamin B6 to complement the formula.

How to use Forté Pharma?
Children aged 10 to 18: take no more than 1 tablet daily. Adults: take 2 to 4 tablets daily. Preferably take the tablets in the morning with a large glass of water, approximately 200 ml.

Composition: (mg per daily dose): bulking agent (sorbitol), magnesium bisglycinate, thickener (carboxyméthylcellulose de sodium réticulé), anti-caking agent (sels de magnésium d’acides gras), vitamin B6.
Nutritional analysis:
Adults: Daily intake of magnesium and vitamin B6 from 2 tablets: 180 mg / 1.4 mg Daily intake of magnesium and vitamin B6 from 3 tablets: 270 mg / 2.1 mg Daily intake of magnesium and vitamin B6 from 4 tablets: 360 mg / 2.8 mg
Children aged 10 to 18: Maximum permitted: 1 tablet: Magnesium intake: 90 mg Vitamin B6 intake: 0.7 mg
