How to use it
Take 2 to 3 capsules per day, according to needs, preferably in the evening, with a large glass of water (150 ml).
Compositions & ingredients

Ingredients: Tamarind extracts (Tamarindus indica L.) and peppermint (Mentha x piperita L.), anti-caking agents: dicalcium phosphate, vegetable magnesium stearate;marshmallow extracts (Althaea officinalis L.) and rhubarb (Rheuum palmatum L.), L-glutamine, artichoke (Cynara scolymus L.) and buckthorn (Rhamnus frangula L.), vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), vitamin B2 (riboflavin). Capsule: fish gelatin. Allergen: fish. No preservatives, no colorants.
Not recommended for children < 12 years old, pregnant and breastfeeding women. In case of prolonged use (rhubarb and buckthorn). Keep out of the reach of children, away from heat and humidity. Consume as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not to exceed the recommended dose. To consume preferably before the date indicated on the packaging.
