How to use it
How to use Nutergia Ergyphilus Microbiote ATB?
Take 2 to 3 capsules daily for adults, preferably with a meal. For children: 1 capsule from age 6, increasing to 2 capsules from age 10. Always space the intake by at least 2 hours before or after taking antibiotics.
Tip: Open the capsule and mix the powder with apple purée for children. Store in a dry place below 25°C. Suitable for vegetarians.

Which probiotic strains does it contain? Each capsule delivers 7 billion live bacteria from three specific strains:
Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG Lactobacillus acidophilus Lactobacillus plantarum

How and when should it be taken? Take 2 to 3 capsules per day, at least 2 hours apart from antibiotics, preferably during or between meals. For children aged 6 and over: 1 capsule daily. From 10 years old: 2 capsules daily. If the child cannot swallow the capsule, it can be opened and mixed into a semi-liquid food.
Are there any precautions to take? Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product is not a substitute for a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep refrigerated at +4°C, away from moisture and out of reach of children.
