Ingredients: Psyllium powder (Plantago ovata Forssk.), acacia fibre (Acacia senegal (L.) Willd.), Magnesium carbonate, Prickly Pear powder (Opuntia ficus-indica (L.) Mill.) and spirulina powder (Spirulina platensis (Gomont) Geitler), anti-caking agent: potassium bicarbonate; chlorella powder (Chlorella pyrenoidosa Chick), chromium chloride, natural flavour, sweetener: steviol glycosides.

How to use it

1 to 2 sachet(s) a day, preferably outside of mealtimes, to be diluted in 1 glass of Water (150 ml). To dissolve properly, pour in the powder and then the Water in small quantities, while stirring, or use a shaker.
