How to use it
Gently cleanse and dry the skin. Apply without stretching. The use of complementary treatments on the wound can interfere or reduce the effectiveness of silver ions.
Do not use on already inflamed or infected wounds. Do not use in case of allergy to silver or argyria. Store in a cool, dry place. Is sterile except in case of damage or opening of the packaging.

Great dressing for large areas[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great large plasters. It is sticky enough to stay on the skin without peeling up, to get it off I made it slightly damp so I wouldn’t pull on the skin and was removed easily without leaving a sticky residue on the skin and was left with no reaction or redness. Did a good job and keeping to dirt out without overly suffocating the wound/skin and lasted 18hrs.

Great product[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Elastoplast Sensitive Dressing XXL is an excellent product and worked well for me and my family. It was large enough to cover the injuries sustained and remained in place for a few days. It was not too difficult to remove and I was reassured by the brand name as I have used their products in the past.

Perfect for big grazes[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The size of the dressing was perfect for larger grazes and cuts, particularly good for going over the elbows and knees. The adhesive stuck well and stretched over yhe joint well.
