How to use it
How to use Dr. Theiss Alcabase pH Paper?
Test your urinary pH twice daily for 9 days: first thing in the morning using your second urine (for more reliable results), and once in the afternoon. Pass urine over the paper, wait 2 seconds, then compare the colour change.
Calculate the average of your two daily measurements. A pH below 7 over several days suggests increased bodily acidity. For greater accuracy, record your results in a notebook.
Test your pH and assess your acidity levels with pH papers from Lereca laboratories.
